About the Journal
The Journal of Indonesian Comparative of Shariah Law (JICL) is a journal with a scientific basis in Islamic law and law. Published since 2018 by the Comparative Mazhab and Law Study Programme of the Faculty of Sharia, Darussalam Gontor University. JICL adopts a double-blind peer review policy and focuses on various sub-disciplines of Shariah Science (Islamic Law) and Legal Science, including:

Family Law
Procedural Law
Economic Law
Constitutional Law
State Administration Law
International Law
Law and Society
In addition to these fields, JICL also accepts manuscripts covering topics between law or Islamic law and other scholarly fields such as legal sociology, legal anthropology, law and economics, and others.
JICL is published three (3) times a year in April, August, and December. Each issue contains ten to fifteen (10-15) articles, both conceptual articles and research articles. JICL is published in Indonesian, but manuscripts in English or Arabic are also accepted. Acceptance of articles is open throughout the year.
Currently JICL is in the process of reaccreditation with the latest accreditation status indexed Sinta 5.
The publication fee is IDR 350,000, - / article which is borne by the author.

Journal Indonesian Comparative of Shariah Law (JICL) merupakan jurnal dengan dasar keilmuanya hukum dan hukum Islam. Diterbitkan sejak tahun 2018 oleh Program Studi Perbandingan Madzhab dan Hukum Fakultas Syariah Universitas Darussalam Gontor. JICL mengadopsi kebijakan penelaahan sejawat ganda (double-blind peer review) dan berfokus pada berbagai subdisiplin dari Ilmu Syariah (Hukum Islam) dan Ilmu Hukum, antara lain:

Selain bidang tersebut, JICL juga menerima naskah yang mencakup topik antara hukum atau hukum Islam dan bidang keilmuan lain seperti sosiologi hukum, antropologi hukum, hukum dan ekonomi, dan lainnya.
JICL diterbitkan tiga (3) kali setahun di bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. Setiap terbitan memuat sepuluh sampai lima belas (10 -15) naskah artikel baik itu artikel konseptual ataupun artikel hasil penelitian. JICL diterbitkan dalam Bahasa Indonesia, akan tetapi naskah berbahasa Inggris ataupun berbahasa Arab juga diterima. Adapun penerimaan artikel terbuka sepanjang tahun.
Saat ini JICL sedang dalam proses reakreditasi dengan status akreditasi terakhir terindeks pada Sinta 5.
Adapun biaya publikasi sebesar IDR 350.000/artikel yang ditanggung oleh author.

Journal of Indonesian Comparative of law is scientific periodical journals in the field of Islamic law and positive law which is published by the study program of comparative jurisprudence of sharia faculty Unida Gontor, about literature studies and field research results. This journal is published twice a year, as a means of developing a scientific ethos in the academic circles of sharia faculty Unida Gontor study program of comparative jurisprudence in particular and the readers in general. The editors receive scientific articles as well as the results of research reports which will then be done the selection of manuscripts and editing process. The manuscript should be written in accordance with the nature of the Journal Indonesian comparative jurisprudence of sharia law. Manuscripts sent at least 15-20 pages kuarto A4, spaced one and a half. Posts with the author's identity and abstract.
