Implementation Of Scout Activities In The Formation Of Leadership Character For Grade 5 Student Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor For Girls 3, Ngawi, Indonesia

Abstract


Islamic Education Institutions are very important for all student. Because Indonesian state looks good or bad seen in the existing education. Education must be returned to its original character, that is to deliver student to be superior individuals in accordance with the realm of existing aspects, they are: psychomotor, cognitive and affective. Their research for describing the implementation of scout training activities in the formation of leadership character for grade 5 and for describe the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of scout training activities in the formation of leadership for grade 5. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection of this study, researchers used 3 methods, namely interview method, observation method and documentation method. This research used from Miles and Huberman’s analysis which included 3 step. The results of the analysis found by researches with the existence of scout training activities such as scout training on Thursday, Akbar’s camp and ceremonies can add to the 5th grade for leadership character, disciplined and responsible for each event and one of the supporting factors is the large number of student who are very enthusiastic in participating in this scout activity and the inhibiting factors is because scout training is held on the day of Thursday afternoon, so many of student are tired of the intense extracurricular activities on Thursday.
