In the first year of admission, 2021, it only got 35 students. Then in the second year of new student admissions, namely in 2022, the quota for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students is 52 people, after carrying out a series of STP strategies, this quota set by MI is fulfilled. From here it can be seen that the STP strategy carried out succeeded in attracting potential consumers to use educational services at MI Sunan Gunung Djati. Seeing this phenomenon, researchers are interested in conducting research related to "Implementation of Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning at MI Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung". The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with observation and interview techniques. The results of the study show that the implementation of segmentation, targeting, and positioning in marketing strategies is very influential in promoting educational institutions. Second, it aims to see the results of the CAT test for Islamic subjects in the production of Learning Medical Records. The records is for diagnosing students' abilities. This research consists of two parts using the research and development (R&D) approach: 1). We collected the data by observing, documenting, and interviewing. We analyzed the data using the concept of reliability among the raters/respondents. We used the generalizability coefficient in Genova 3.1. We analyzed the results using numbers. They describe data from RMP technology education. The research shows that: (1) the CAT can be made based on user needs. It's Internet-based, user-friendly, interactive, highly secure, and easily accessible. (2) The CAT can recognize three different users: school management, teachers, and students. (3) The expert evaluation's quantitative data has high consistency: 0.76. It comes from single, small group, and large group outcomes. (4) The CAT can accurately estimate students' abilities and record learning records. The software uses the triangle decision tree method. It can pick test items and measure ability well. After that, learning is by what you want to achieve or RPP. The research used is Class Action Research where the implementation of research is carried out in 2 cycles of Action treatment. Each cycle is carried out in the presence of planning and execution. The object of study was 22 students consisting of 10 men and 12 women. The results of the study stated that the treatment cycle began with a procyclical which obtained an average of 42.27 from 22 students. This condition was continued on Action Cycles 1 and 2 with an average gain of 64.55 and 85.77, respectively. From the three cyclical actions, the completeness of learning outcomes in cycle 1 was 36.36%, and in cycle 2 it was 77.27%.
