Budaya organisasi terutama di lembaga pendidikan Islam, memegang peranan penting, sebab menjadikan lembaga tersebut lentur, fleksibel dan elastis, sebagaimana budaya yang tidak akan pernah mengalami kemunduran dan akan menjadi sangat sempurna jika dipadu dengan agama yang bersumber pada al-Qur’an dan Sunnah. Tidak sedikit yang mengatakan bahwa agama termasuk dalam lingkup budaya. Itupun jika umat beragama mampu mengaplikasikan ajaran-ajaran agama dalam kehidupan budayanya, sedangkan bila tidak, maka justru akan menjadikan budaya umat yang termarginalkan dalam persaingan di dunia pendidikan itu sendiri.Referensi
