This journal publishes articles that discuss various aspects of Islamic education, including teaching methodologies, curriculum, evaluation, educational management, as well as contemporary issues in Islamic education.

EDUCAN accepts contributions from academics, researchers, education practitioners, and students who have an interest and focus on Islamic education. This journal is committed to supporting the development of quality and relevant Islamic educational science and practice in accordance with current developments.

Website Migration Announcement

Educan: Journal of Islamic Education has officially migrated to a new website to ensure better system stability, security, and improved publication services.   Educan: Journal of  Islamic  Education, published by the Islamic Education, Darussalam University Gontor, has officially moved to a new website https://educan.journal.unida.gontor.ac.id/index.php/educan  replacing the previous web address https://educan.journal.unida.gontor.ac.id/index.php/educan/index. This change was made due to several technical issues and to ensure better system security and stability of our OJS platform. Starting from Vol. 10 No. 1, Februari 2026, all processes of article submission and publication will be conducted through the new website. Thank you for your attention and continued support.
