Abstract

أهدا٠هذا البحث هي: (1) الكش٠عن تنÙيذ الاستراتيجية بالإدارة المؤسسة على المدرسة ÙÙŠ رÙع جودة التربية ÙÙ‰ مدرسة الثانوية مطلع الأنوار سوكاماجو (2) الكش٠عن العوامل الداÙعة والمانعة ÙÙ‰ تنÙيذ الإدارة على أساس المدرسة بمدرسة الثانوية مطلع الأنوار سوكاماجو.وكان هذا البحث من نوع الدراسة الميدانية الوصÙية (Deskriptif Qualitative) وللحصول على ما يحتاج، إليه من المواد، استخدم الباحث بثلاث طرق، هي منهج الملاحظة (Observation Method)ØŒ منهج المقابلة (InterviewMethod) والوثائق المكتوبة (Written Record)ØŒ ليبلغ إلى ما هو أوضح من البيان عن الإدارة المؤسسة على المدرسة ÙÙŠ رÙع جودة التربية ÙÙ‰ مدرسة الثانوية مطلع الأنوار، ولتدقيق هذه النتائج المحصولة عليها وتحسينها وإصلاحها إلى أن تتدرج إلى درجة الكمال، إستخدم الباحث منهج ميلس Ùˆ هوبيرمان (Miles and Huberman)ØŒ وذلك يحتوي على تحÙيض البيانات (Data Reduction)ØŒ وذلك أن يلخص الباحث البيانات الموجودة مع اختيار الأمور المهمة ثم تركيزها إلى القضايا المهمة تبحث Ùيها مواضعها ونموذجها، وعرض البيانات (Data Display) وذلك بالبيان المختصر والاستنباط (Conclusion Taking).ونتيجة هذا البحث: 1) وبمناسبة تطور الجودة التربوية Ùالاستراتيجية ÙÙŠ تنÙيذ الإدارة المؤسسة على المدرسة ÙÙ‰ المدرسة الثانوية مطلع الأنوار سوكاماجو تحتوي على إعداد الÙكرة، تصني٠المدرسة، مرحلة التنÙيذية، أجهزة تنÙيذ الإدارة المؤسسة على المدرسة. 2) (1) أما العوامل التي تدÙع تنÙيذ الإدارة المؤسسة على المدرسة، Ùهي وجود الداÙع الحكومي بشكل التشاوÙر والتنسيق، والحكومة تعطي للمدرسة سلطة ÙÙŠ إثبات رؤيتها، وشعارها، وأهداÙها التربوية بوÙسع ووÙضÙوحÙØŒ والقيادة المختارة والديمقراطية ÙÙŠ الأخذ بالتقارير. (2) وأما العوامل التي تمنع تنÙيذ الإدارة المؤسسة على المدرسة، Ùهي كان المدرسون أحيانا غير منتظمين ÙÙŠ الدراسة، عدم وجود تدريب المدرسين بالإدارة المؤسسة على المدرسة، الوسائل والتسهيلات غير كاملة.
