Desain Prototype User Interface Konsultasi Virtual Beauty Care Sebagai Strategi Penerapan Customer Relationship Management
Abstract
Abstrak Pengembangan sistem pada toko kosmetik FRESHSKIN BEAUTYCARE pada bagian konsultasi untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Sistem konsultasi yang awalnya yang berlangsung hanya melalui obrolan di media sosial. Sistem konsultasi saat ini belum dapat di data dengan akurat dan belum menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Sistem konsultasi kemudian kemudian dikembangkan dengan sistem web yang dirancang dengan metode Rapid Application Developoment (RAD) dengan format rancangan User Interface (UI). Prototype yang dhasilkan mampu menyediakan kemudahahan pelanggan untuk mendapatkan konsultasi kecantikan secara virtual sebagai strategi customer relationship management. Mekanisme layanan konsultasi virtual ini diberikan kepada pelanggan yang telah berbelanja produk skincare. Pelanggan dapat memilih jadwal konsultasi dan mendapat layanan konsultasi virtual yang diberikan oleh beauty advisor dari brand skincare yang bekerja sama dengan toko FRESHSKIN BEAUTYCARE. Hasil konsultasi dapat direkam dan pelanggan dapat memberikan testimoni dan rating atas pelayanan konsultasi. Pengalaman mendapatkan layanan konsultasi virtual ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan interaksi dengan pelanggan dan lebih jauh akan mendorong pelanggan untuk kembali bertransaksi. Sistem layanan konsultasi virtual ini juga memudahkan pemilik untuk melihat produk apa yang paling laku terjual secara aktual. The initial consultation system only took place via chat on social media. The current consultation system cannot provide accurate data and does not yet show the level of customer satisfaction. The consultation system was then developed using a web system designed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method with a User Interface (UI) design format. The resulting prototype can make it easy for customers to get virtual beauty consultations as a customer relationship management strategy. This virtual consultation service is provided to customers who shop for skincare products. Customers can choose a consultation schedule and receive virtual consultation services provided by beauty advisors from skincare brands that collaborate with FRESHSKIN BEAUTYCARE stores. Consultation results can be recorded and customers can provide testimonials and ratings on consultation services. The experience of getting virtual consultation services aims to increase customer interaction and will further encourage customers to return to transactions. This virtual consulting service system also makes it easier for owners to see what products are selling best.
