Analisis Empiris Akun Jasa Gesek Tunai pada Instagram

Abstrak Gesek tunai adalah aksi menarik sejumlah uang tunai menggunakan kartu kredit yang dimilikinya dengan cara berpura-pura membeli suatu barang. Namun, yang didapatkan adalah uang tunai. Banyak pelaku gesek tunai melakukan promosi aksinya di akun media sosial. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan akun Instagram yang melakukan promosi jasa gesek tunai. Setelah itu, dilakukan analisis akun jasa gesek tunai untuk mengetahui bagaimana kata-kata yang digunakan dalam promosi, bagaimana interaksi unggahan mereka dan pengikut akun mereka di Instagram. Setelah dilakukan analisis terhadap akun-akun media sosial, dapat disimpulkan bahwa akun jasa gesek tunai umumnya memiliki pengikut cukup banyak dengan followers aktif dengan presentase pengikut aktif tidak terlalu tinggi (rata-rata 50%). Rata-rata jumlah post terbilang banyak, yaitu 344 namun engagement rate yang sangat rendah yaitu rata-rata 1.82%. Sebagai tambahan, kata kunci yang sering digunakan adalah ‘limit’, dan tagar yang sering digunakan adalah ‘#gesektunai’.Abstract Cash swipe is the act of retrieving some cash using a credit card that is owned by pretending to buy an item. Many cash swipe actors do their promotion on social media accounts. In this study, we collect Instagram accounts that promote cash swipe services. After that, we analyze the cash swipe service account to find out what the most frequently used words are in the promotion, how their posting interacts and the number of followers of their account on Instagram. After an analysis of social media accounts, it can be concluded that cash swipe service accounts generally have quite a large number of follower, where the number of active followers is  not too high (about 50%). The average number of posts is high (344 posts). However, the engagement rate is very low, about 1.82%. Also, the most frequently used keyword is ‘limit’, and the hashtag that is often used is  ‘#gesektunai’.References
