Collaborative CSR melalui Program Rumah Kreatif Jogja

Abstrak  Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) merupakan bentuk komitmen dunia usaha untuk peningkatan dan pengembangan masyarakat. Komitmen ini ditunjukkan dengan peran setiap aktor dalam mencapai tujuan bersama. Program Rumah Kreatif Jogja merupakan bentuk tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) yang dilakukan atas inisiasi dari Kementerian BUMN untuk membangun UMKM Indonesia berkualitas. Kementerian BUMN, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk, dan pelaku UMKM berkolaborasi dalam pelaksanaan program Rumah Kreatif Jogja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kolaborasi antara pemerintah, perusahaan dan pelaku UMKM untuk meningkatkan kualitas UMKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara dengan manajemen Rumah Kreatif Jogja dan pelaku UMKM, dan studi pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa kolaborasi antara Kementerian BUMN, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk dan pelaku UMKM berjalan dengan baik. Kementerian BUMN melalui PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk membuat formulasi kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi, memperluas pemasaran dan memudahkan akses permodalan. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk selaku pelaksana program mewujudkannya melalui Program Rumah Kreatif Jogja dengan menyediakan fasilitas co-working space dan memfasilitasi pelaku UMKM melalui pendampingan dan pemberdayaan. Keberhasilan collaborative CSR dapat dilihat dari pelibatan pelaku UMKM (community engagement) sebagai penerima manfaat dari program Rumah Kreatif Jogja.AbstractCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a form of commitment from the business world to community improvement and development. This commitment is shown by the role of each actor in achieving common goals. Rumah Kreatif Jogja program is a corporate social responsibility (CSR) program initiated by the Ministry of BUMN to build quality Indonesian MSMEs. The Ministry of BUMN, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk, and MSME actors collaborate in the implementation program of Rumah Kreatif Jogja. The purpose of this study is to analize how the collaboration between the government, companies and MSME players to improve the quality of MSMEs. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out by interviewing the management of Rumah Kreatif Jogja and MSME actors, and literature study. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The result shows that the collaboration among The Ministry of BUMN, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk., and SME went well. The Ministry of BUMN, through PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk has formulated policies to improve competence, expand marketing and facilitate access to capital. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia implement the program by providing co-working space facilities and facilitating SME in mentoring and empowering. The success of Collaborative CSR is shown by the involvement of SME (community engagement) as beneficiaries of the Program of Rumah Kreatif Jogja.References
