Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to this journal must follow the Focus and Scope and Author Guidelines of this journal. Submitted manuscripts must meet scientific value or novelty in accordance with the focus and scope of this journal.
All manuscripts submitted to this journal can be written in good and academic English and Indonesian. Non-native authors are encouraged to check the grammar and clarity of their papers before submission. The work may not be published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
All submitted manuscripts must be free from plagiarism content. All authors are advised to use plagiarism detection software to perform similarity checks (please use Turnitin). The editor will also check the similarity of manuscripts in this journal using Turnitin software.
Manuscripts submitted to this journal will go through a peer-review process of at least 2 (two) or more expert reviewers from the Peer-Reviewer Team. The reviewers provided valuable scientific comments to improve the contents of the manuscript. Sometimes (if necessary) a third peer-reviewer is needed to provide critical comments on the submitted manuscript. The review process used in this journal is a blind review system.
The final decision on acceptance of a manuscript is made entirely by the Editor-in-Chief (along with the Editorial Board required for consideration) based on the critical comments of the reviewers. The final decision of the manuscript is based solely on the final review of the Editor and the Editorial Board, who consider the comments of peer-reviewers (but not only by Reviewers).
The Editor-in-Chief will publish the articles received, including assigning the articles to the publication, taking into account the order of acceptance dates and the geographical distribution of authors and issues.
a) Manuscript submission
All manuscript must have correct formatting to be considered for publication. Before submitting the manuscript to the Journal. Please check the Guide for the Online Submission to this journal proceeds via Open Journal Systems (OJS)

b) Screening for Plagiarism
The author is responsible for the authenticity of the submitted manuscript. All incoming articles will be checked for authenticity to prevent plagiarism by using Turnitin anti-plagiarism software. Any forms of high-level plagiarism will be banned (temporary up to permanent banned). The submitted manuscript would be check plagiarism using turnitin with maximum tolerance 20 percent.
c) Peer Review
The editorial boards determine reviewer in accordance with the field of expertise to study the manuscript in depth. The manuscript is given to the reviewer in blind review system (without identity or mentioning the author's name and institution). The recommendations for the manuscript are accepted with minor correction, accepted with major correction, and rejected.
d) Determination of Acceptance Decision
The Editorial Board takes responsibility to decide the submitted manuscript based on the reviewer’s manuscript evaluation. Decisions are made by considering the majority. Based on the recommendation of the reviewer or referees, the editorial board decides on a manuscript will be published or not. The Editorial Team will make a summary and list the suggestion from reviewers to facilitate the author in making revision and improvement.
e) Revision of Manuscript by the Author
The manuscript that has been decided to be accepted by the editorial board is returned back to the author. The revised manuscript must be back to the editor within 2 (two) weeks through OJS system, completed with the report of revision. The revised manuscript will be evaluated by the editor to check whether the manuscript has been revised properly related to the reviewer suggestions, or still need more improvement. If the manuscript is accepted then the editor board will issue a letter of acceptance for the publication.
f) Editing and Layout of Final Review
The final review manuscript will be edited and formatted by technical editor in Journal Secretary Office, and then sent to the publisher for the final layout.
g) Galley Proof
Electronic proofs are sent via OJS system to the corresponding author’s as PDF file after the final review is completed and should be returned within 48 hours of receipt. Authors are suggested that this is the final version of the manuscripts and no significant changes will be made at this stage other than typographical or minor clerical errors.
h) Printing by Publisher and online version
The final version is printed by the publisher according to the agreed journal format and print quality. The online version of the manuscripts will be uploaded in the Journal website, and can be open access to the public.
i) Journal Dissemination
Printed Journals are distributed to the general public as well as documented in Rumah Jurnal Unida Gontor as well as customer, society member or affiliate library.
