This archiving policy ensures that all journal articles submitted for publication are stored securely, backed up, and remain accessible to authors, reviewers, and editorial staff throughout the editorial process and beyond. 

File Organization 

Lisanudhad utilizes the follwoing ways:

• PKP (Public Knowledge Project) system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.
• Google Drive will be used as the primary platform for archiving and sharing these documents.
• Long-term preservation service(s) provided by UNIDA Gontor appear on repository: https://repo.unida.gontor.ac.id/
