Withdrawal

Authors are not allowed to withdraw manuscripts that have been submitted. because withdrawing manuscripts is a waste of resources so that editors spend a lot of time processing manuscripts that have been submitted and works that have been invested by publishers. If the author still requests to withdraw the manuscript when the manuscript has entered the peer-review stage, the administrative payment that has been made by the author will not be returned, and a fine of 500,000 (IDR) will be imposed.

If the author does not agree with this, the author can be subject to the law because before publishing the journal there is a statement letter made between the journal manager and the author.
