About the Journal
Al Tijārah (E-2528-2948 and P-2460-4089) is a semiannual journal published by University of Darussalam Gontor. Al Tijarah have collaborated with World Academy of Islamic Management (WAIM) Malaysia, Forum Pengelola Jurnal Manajemen, and Forum Manajemen Indonesia. In line with the objective of the University, the journal is committed to promoting and developing contemporary issues in Islamic management. In the broadest sense, in order to keep scholars on research in the area of management. The editorial board welcomes original submissions in several fields:
1. Islamic Management
2. Islamic Finance
3. Islamic Human Resource Management
4. Islamic Marketing
5. Operational Management
6. Islamic Strategic Management
Al Tijarah is currently indexed by DOAJ, Google Scholar, Garuda, Crossref, BASE, Sinta 4 and other reputated indexes in the future.
Authors are welcome to publish research results and other articles by English in the Al Tijarah journal by following the existing the format guidelines. This journal routinely publishes articles twice a year every June and December.

Al Tijarah Journal is published by the Department of Management Faculty of Islamic Economics and Management Universitas Darussalam Gontor. After considering the optimal blind review and selection process, we decided to accept 6 articles. All articles in this edition involve 7 authors from 2 countries, namely the Turkey and Indonesia, divided from 7 institutions (Ankara University Turkey, University of Darussalam Gontor, Universitas Islam Bandung, Universitas Trunojoyo Madura, Universitas Indonesia, UIN Raden Mas Said, Universitas Islam Sultan Agung). We look forward to receiving your article research within our focus and scope.
