FAKTOR RISIKO MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDER (MSDs) PADA PEKERJA ANGKUT TRADISIONAL DI PASAR ANGSO DUO KOTA JAMBI

Abstract

MSDs merupakan gangguan pada struktur tubuh yang disebabkan oleh postur kerja yang kurang ergonomis. MSDs menjadi permasalahan penting bagi pekerja sektor informal terutama pekerja angkut di pasar karena bisa menurunkan produktivitas dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional atau potong lintang dengan tujuan mencari faktor risiko terjadinya MSDs pada pekerja angkut tradisional. Periode penelitian dimulai dari Maret 2020 sampai November 2020 yang bertempat di Pasar Angso Duo Kota Jambi. Jumlah responden sebanyak 60 pekerja angkut. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan wawancara secara langsung serta pengukuran jarak angkut dan Indek Masa Tubuh (IMT). Instrumen penelitian menggunakan Nordic Body Map (NBM) dan REBA. Selanjutnya data dianalisa secara univariat, bivariat dengan analisa Chi Square, dan multivariat dengan analisa regresi Cox. Berdasarkan hasil analisa bivariat terdapat variabel yang signifikan terhadap MSDs yaitu usia pekerja, postur kerja dan jarak angkut. Sedangkan pada model akhir terlihat bahwa variabel postur kerja merupakan variabel yang dominan terhadap terjadinya MSDs. Perlunya upaya preventif dan promotif melalui pendekatan partisipasi ergonomi untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja serta postur kerja yang ergonomis Kata Kunci: MSDs; REBA; NBM; pekerja angkut, partisipasi ergonomi
