Every article received will be reviewed by at least two partner-scholars (double-blind review) before finally determined by the chief of editor based on commentary of partner-scholars (reviewers). The article will be received or not by decision of Editorial Board forum. And examining the possibility of plagiarism element will be done with the help of Turnitin.

Final decision of articles acceptance will be made by Editors according to reviewers comments. Publication of accepted articles including the sequence of published articles will be made by Editor in Chief by considering sequence of accepted date and geographical distribution of authors as well as thematic issue.
