Kritik terhadap Kurikulum Berbasis Kesetaraan Gender

Pendidikan merupakan tonggak sebuah peradaban. Untuk itu
diperlukan implementasi kurikulum pendidikan yang mampu menunjang
berdirinya peradaban tersebut. Kurikulum yang benar dalam perspektif
Islam adalah kurikulum yang berlandaskan al-Qur’an dan as-Sunnah. Yang
mana nilai-nilai syariah diformulasikan ke dalam bentuk kurikulum
pendidikan. Akan tetapi, seiring dengan berkembangnya arus globalisasi
saat ini proses implementasi kurikulum berbasis al-Qur’an menghadapi
tantangan tersendiri. Salah satu tantangan tersebut datang dari pemikiranpemikiran
barat yang bersifat dekonstruktif. Misalnya, wacana kurikulum
berbasis kesetaraan gender. Melalui wacana ini pegiat gender ingin
menanamkan nilai-nilai gender equality dengan cara mendekonstruksi
ketetapan al-Qur’an. Menyikapi hal itu, penulis ingin meluruskan wacana
kurikulum berbasis kesetaraan gender. Karena wacana tersebut datang dari
barat maka hal itu tidak sesuai apabila diimplementasikan dalam
pendidikan Islam. Untuk itu, diperlukan cara pandang yang tepat yaitu
cara pandang Islam (Islamic Worldview). Yaitu cara pandang yang sesuai
dengan al-Qur’an dan as-Sunnah.
