Desain Pengelolaan Kelas Berbasis Pembelajaran Kreatif dan Menyenangkan Pada Pembelajaran PAI

Abstract

Class management is the effort to creat, keep and lead the condition of learning process optimally. And that condition need to be concerned by teacher in order that process of learning runs comfortably. So that a teacher need creat a creative and fun learning in order that process of learning which is done runs comfortably. This research use qualitative descriptive approach which the data sources are leader, teacher Islamic education lesson and students at MTsN Pademawu 1. The accumulation of data use interview technique, observation, and documentation. The result of this reseach shows the effort of teacher in managing class management based on creative and fun learning on Islamic education lesson MTsN Pademawu 1. Some factors which support are tool and infrastructure of school which are good enough and satisfy and also a comfortable class. Beside that some factors which obstruct are a capacity of human which are not really active in changing, lack of electric and time.
