Every article received will be reviewed by at least two partner-scholars (double-blind review) before finally determined by the  editor in chief  based on commentary of partner-scholars (reviewers). The article will be received or not by decision of Editorial Board forum. And examining the possibility of plagiarism element will be done with the help of Turnitin.
