Rekonstruksi Konsep Psikoseksual Sigmund Freud; Satu Tinjauan Islamisasi

Psikoseksual Sigmund Freud merupakan teori yang cukup berpengaruh dalam menggambarkan kepribadian manusia di era kontemporer. Freud memandang bahwa gangguan kesehatan mental manusia (neurotic) itu dipengaruhi besar oleh pengalaman seksualnya di masa kecil. Besarnya pengaruh teori ini, di sisi lain teori ini ternyata memiliki banyak kecacatan secara metode ilmiah. Belum lagi, para psikolog Muslim menilai terdapat problem worldview dalam teori tersebut sehingga psikoseksual dianggap bertentangan dengan pandangan hidup Islam. Oleh karena itu, makalah ini bertujuan untuk melakukan rekontruksi terhadap Psikoseksual Freud berdasarkan pandangan hidup Islam (Islamic Worldview). Selanjutnya dilakukan proses Islamisasi untuk memasukan konsep-konsep manusia dalam Islam terhadap teori tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dan sumber data yang digunakan terdiri dari sumber data primer karya-karya Sigmund Freud dan sumber data sekunder yaitu berupa buku-buku, yang relevan dengan penelitian ini untuk memperkuat argumentasi serta untuk melengkapi data dari hasil penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini ialah analisis isi (content analisys). Adapun hasil temuan yang penulis dapatkan dari tulisan ini, psikoseksual memiliki problem secara epistemologis dan worldview yang tidak berkesesuaian dengan pandangan hidup Islam. Dengan demikian, proses Islamisasi terhadap teori tersebut merupakan suatu keniscayaan untuk menghilangkan unsur-unsur yang bertentangan dengan pandangan hidup IslamReferensi
