The manuscript submitted to this journal needs to meet the following criteria:

1. It should contribute to the development of knowledge in the field of management, particularly Islamic management.
2. It should be scientific and original, in the form of either research paper or conceptual paper.
3. It must be unpublished and is not under review in other journals.
4. It must be written in English.
5. For research paper, the content of your manuscript must include introduction, literature review, methods, results, discussion, and conclusion.
6. For conceptual paper, the content of your manuscript must include introduction, literature review, discussion, and conclusion.
7. The title must be clear and no more than 25 words.
8. Author’s academic title need not to be included.
9. It is written approximately 15 to 25 pages (including references) and needs to be typed in Microsoft Word format, Palatino Linotype font with size 10 pts, line spacing “exactly” at  12 pt, A4 paper (see template).
10. References written in both body note and final list of references must be in accordance to APA style.
11.  If the status of your manuscript is “archived”, it means that it is rejected.
