PERAN TEKNOLOGI DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA ARAB
Abstract
Technology plays a vital role in Arabic language learning, offering significant advantages while also presenting new challenges. This study aims to identify the benefits and impacts of technology use in Arabic language education to devise appropriate preventive measures. The research employs a library research method, utilizing sources such as books, journals, conference papers, and other literature. The findings reveal that the benefits of technology include broad access to interactive learning materials, flexibility in learning time and location, and adaptive teaching methods that enhance students' Arabic language skills. However, the use of technology also brings negative impacts, such as students' dependency on digital devices, distractions from non-educational content, unequal access to technology, and reduced direct interaction between teachers and students. Therefore, the integration of technology must be approached wisely, emphasizing the active role of teachers as facilitators and moral guides. Teachers are not only responsible for imparting knowledge but also for shaping students' character to use technology productively and responsibly. With this approach, technology can be optimally utilized to enhance the quality of Arabic language education without compromising essential educational values.Downloads
