Abstrak

This study aims to determine the achievements of female students in the Arabic Language Education Study Program at the University of Darussalam Gontor based on the realization of 15 university competencies, and identify the factors influencing the achievements of students in Department of Arabic Language Education. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative study on the achievements of students and the factors influencing their achievements. Participants were selected using purposive sampling, totaling 15 female students from the Department of Arabic Language Education at the University of Darussalam Gontor. Achievement data was obtained from the documentation of the Student Association of the Department of Arabic Language Education, and data on the factors influencing the achievements of students in Department of Arabic Language Education was obtained through interviews. The data collected was then analyzed, reduced, presented descriptively, and finally concluded. The results of the study indicate that the 15 university competencies at the University of Darussalam Gontor have been fully realized in the achievements and activities of students in Department of Arabic Language Education, ranging from 1.30% to 68.25%. The factors that influence the achievements of students in Department of Arabic Language Education consist of 14 indicators, with the highest being parental support at 86.67%, goals and aspirations at 80%, and lecturer support at 73.33%.
