Manajemen Strategis Pendidikan Ramah Anak Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Di Lingkungan Pesantren Sebagai Pemenuhan Hak Asasi Manusia Sejak Dini
Abstract
This article presents a study of the implementation of child-friendly education in madrasah ibtidaiyah in a pesantren environment as an effort to fulfill human rights from an early age. Child-friendly education emphasizes a learning environment that is safe, inclusive, and respects children's basic rights, such as the right to education, security, and participation. In the context of pesantren, this kind of education is a challenge in itself because of the strong educational tradition and communal culture. This article uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach on madrasah ibtidaiyah operating in a pesantren environment. Data were collected through literature review to analyze the concepts of child-friendly education and its application in the context of madrasah ibtidaiyah in the pesantren environment. The results of this study show that madrasah ibtidaiyah in the pesantren environment begin to apply the principles of child-friendly education through active learning methods, the cultivation of tolerance values, and the application of non-repressive discipline. In addition, special attention is given to character development and children's involvement in social activities in pesantren. However, challenges are still found, especially related to pesantren management in organizing child-friendly education that is still partial, sporadic, and incidental. It has not been built in a planned, systematic, comprehensive, and long-term manner. The conclusion of this study confirms that with the application of strategic management, the implementation of child-friendly education in madrasah ibtidaiyah pesantren becomes more effective in fulfilling human rights from an early age. The findings contribute significantly to enriching perspectives on inclusive and child-friendly education in pesantren. In addition, this study provides practical recommendations for madrasah and pesantren managers to continue developing programs that are more oriented towards fulfilling children's rights and their welfare.
