Abstract

The urgency of a scientific approach in 21st century Islamic education does not only cover a deeper understanding of religious teachings, but also equips followers of religion with relevant skills in dealing with a changing world. This research includes library research, namely research that collects data and information with the help of various materials found in the library. Qualitative research is research that produces descriptive data, in the form of people's words and observed behavior. The results of the research show that Science is a tool that until now has been used as a tool that we have to carry out continuous self-improvement, and can be applied to everything. Because scientific is an approach, learning design is regulated involving three types of models that must be utilized. Namely, project-based learning, discovery learning, and problem-based learning. These three learning models can be applied to "religious beliefs," and can even create an exciting learning process.
