Integrasi Kurikulum Ulumuddin, Cambridge, dan Mu'adallah dalam Pembelajaran di Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Izzah
Abstract
The aim of the research is to determine the form of learning method applied by Ma'had al-Izzah (International Boarding School) so that it can be a solution in developing students' potential through the integration of the learning curriculum. This is motivated by the many curriculum models applied at the Al-Izzah Modern Islamic boarding school which are able to produce students' potential in various fields. The curriculum is a framework for thinking about the learning process, where each teacher refers to the curriculum in implementing learning methods. This type of research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Then analyze the data using triangulation. Based on the research results, it is known that the form of developing the potential of students who are carried out by educators is by applying a learning methodology that uses the national Islamic boarding school curriculum and combines it with the international Islamic boarding school curriculum, in forming a generation of Muslims who are trustworthy, civilized, have good morals and are high achievers. Apart from that, there are obstacles for educators in developing students' personal potential, namely students' attitudes, interests and motivation, and educators' competence.
