Quality of life is an important indicator in evaluating the success of health service interventions. The research was conducted using cross-sectional design, which required 60 samples. Sampling was done through the Purposive Sampling method with interviews using the Diabetes Quality of Life Clinical Trial Questionnaire questionnaire. The data analysis process will be carried univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the study show that 42 (70%) respondents reported a good QOL in the "Health Pressures" domain, 32 (53.33%) respondents reported a poor QOL in the "Personal Satisfaction" domain, and 30 (50%) respondents reported both good and poor QOL in the "Treatment Effects" domain. There was a relationship between marital status characteristics and the mental health domain (p<0.05) as well as the personal satisfaction domain (p<0.05).
