Abstract

The Modern Cottage Family Association (IKPM) Gontor is a family organization for Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Alumni so that the inner relationship between alumni and their cottages is maintained and the establishment of delivery services at the Magelang branch of IKPM when the emergence of covid-19. In the implementation of determining the price of services at the Magelang branch of the IKPM delivery service, namely goods weighing 1 Kg to 5 Kg, all of them are equated in price with 5 Kg. If this method of determining prices is seen from sharia maqashid, of course, it is not appropriate and unfair, because it will be burdensome for someone who wants to send goods under 5 Kg. The purpose of this study is to determine the practice of delivery services at the Magelang branch of IKPM and its analysis according to the perspective of sharia maqashid. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, the data sources used are primary and secondary data. This research is included in field research with observation, interviews and documentation as techniques in data collection. As for the results of this discussion, the practice of service services at the Magelang branch of the IKPM uses an ijarah contract or service rental to send an item from place to place, maintain friendship with the guardians of students to make it easier to understand the values of the cottage, and if viewed from the sharia maqashid that the practice of delivery services at the Magelang branch of the IKPM is in accordance with the sharia maqashid because no one concerned feels burdened, but the existence of IKPM Magelang Branch delivery services is actually very helpful and facilitates all matters related to the cottage.
