Abstract

Abstrak Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum (BAWASLU) Sidoarjo merupakan lembaga yang bergerak di bidang panitia pengawasan pemilihan umum yang berfungsi sebagai panitia pemilihan umum di daerah Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan apakah metode User Centered Design dapat memberikan sebuah pengaruh baik dalam merancang dan menganalisis user interface dan user experience pada website BAWASLU Sidoarjo.Penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan User Centered Design (UCD) serta Skala Likert.Untuk pengujian pada kuesioner menggunakan metode Pengujian Single Ease Question (SEQ) dan Metode rata-rata (Mean).Hasil skor akhir dari metode Single Ease Question (SEQ) yaitu bernilai 4.42 dengan grade A yang berarti Sangat Puas sedangkan untuk Metode mencari rata-rata (Mean) adalah 3.82 yang berarti Baik sehingga memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Kata kunci: User Centered Design, Skala Likert, Single Ease Question   Abstract [User Interface Analysis of Sidoarjo General Election Supervisory Board Website Using User Centered Design Method] General Election Supervisory Board (BAWASLU) Sidoarjo is an institution engaged in the general election supervisory committee, which has a function as a general election committee in the Sidoarjo area, East Java. This study aims to determine whether the User Centered Design method can have a good influence on designing and analyzing the user interface and user experience on the BAWASLU Sidoarjo website. The author uses the User Centered Design (UCD) and Likert Scale approach methods. For testing on questionnaires using the Single Ease Question (SEQ) Testing method and the Average Method (Mean). The final score of the Single Ease Question (SEQ) method is worth 4.42 with grade A, which means Very Satisfied, while the Method of finding the average (Mean) is 3.82, which means Good, so that it meets user needs.
