Disorders affecting the eyes can have serious impacts on a person's quality of life. Some eye disorders or diseases include cataracts, glaucoma, and retinal disease. Indonesia ranks third in the world for the highest number of people with blindness. This method calculates the probability of a disease based on the belief and plausibility values of each symptom, with validation by ophthalmologists. The study was conducted on 20 case studies with 16 types of diseases and 43 symptoms. The results show that the expert system for diagnosing eye diseases using the Dempster-Shafer method has an accuracy rate of 90%. Keywords: Expert Systems, Dempster-Shafer, Eye DiseasesDownloads
