KONDIK (Komunitas Pendidik) sebagai Upaya Edukasi Calon Murabbiyah guna Membangun Khoiru Ummah

Abstract

Abstract: As time goes by, the development of the era is increasingly showing a number of deviations such as robbery, murder, sexual harassment, corruption, and other immoral acts.  As for the solution to improve the morale and views of the nation's successors, it is necessary to create a religious environment through the role of the mother. To create the Khoirul Ummah generation, multitalented Murabbiyah are needed who are experts in all fields, both academic and non-academic. Kondik (Educator Community) is a program dedicated to women in order to produce quality Murabbiyah with various activities to meet the vision and mission that has been proclaimed. This program can be put together by students from various universities, especially Unida students. This study aims to determine the percentage of delinquency and crime among adolescents as well as trying to repair a damaged civilization. The research method used is descriptive method and for data analysis use miles and Huberman analysis methode.
