Urgensi dan Implementasi Living Hadis Dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam : Studi Kasus di MAN 1 Cilacap
Abstract
Living hadith was an impasse breaker in the study of hadith science that occurred in the early 20th century. The term living hadith refers to an understanding that simply describes the application of the Prophet's hadith in the present time. This scientific work aims to review more deeply what living hadith is, how it develops, how living hadith is applied in educational institutions, and the urgency of living hadith for the development of Islamic religious education. To obtain comprehensive research results, this research uses a descriptive qualitative approach by using analysis techniques in the form of interviews and observations in the MAN 1 Cilacap environment. Departing from this question, the researcher concludes that living hadith is a Prophet's hadith that is practised in the present in the form of writing, speaking and practicing. In its development, living hadith can be lame when adjusted to the original text of the hadith, this is due to different perceptions in society. This perception is influenced by various factors such as culture, geography, and how the person's perspective on the position of the hadith.
