Pengaruh konsumsi kurma (Phoenix dactylifera L.) terhadap kadar trigliserida : A systematic literature review

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Peningkatan lemak dalam tubuh berhubungan dengan peningkatan kadar trigliserida. Pencegahan secara farmakologi memiliki efek samping sehingga dibutuhkan pengobatan nonfarmakologi seperti buah kurma. Kandungan antioksidan kurma yaitu fenolik, flavonoid, asam askorbat, karotenoid, dan tokoferol sebagai peroksidasi lipid yang menyeimbangkan radikal bebas dan membantu pencegahan resiko penyakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi kurma terhadap kadar trigliserida. Metode: Jenis Penelitian eksperiment,metode pendekatan Systemic Literature Review. Pemilihan data penelitian disesuaikan dengan pedoman PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items For Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis) serta sumber data literature dari pencarian menggunakan Search engine (Google Chrome). Populasinya adalah subjek manusia dan tikus. Variabel dependennya konsumsi kurma dan variabel independennya kadar trigliserida. Hasil: Hasil Penelitian menunjukan penurunan kadar trigliserida pada subjek manusia secara statistik belum signifikan ( ρ ≥ 0,05) yang berarti tidak terdapat pengaruh konsumsi kurma (Phoenix dactylifera L.) terhadap kadar trigliserida pada subjek manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat penurunan terhadap kadar trigliserida secara signifikan yaitu (ρ ≤ 0,05) berarti konsumsi kurma dapat menurunkan kadar trigliserida pada subjek tikus. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan dari penelitian tidak terdapat pengaruh konsumsi kurma terhadap kadar trigliserida pada manusia dengan asupan kurma yang rendah dan terdapat pengaruh konsumsi kurma terhadap kadar trigliserida dengan asupan kurma yang tinggi pada tikus.
