This policy establishes the principles and mechanisms by which JICoSL safeguards its digital assets for future academic use, in line with best practices in open access publishing and digital preservation.

Archiving and Backup System

All published content of Ijtihad: Jurnal Hukum dan Ekonomi Islam is permanently archived through the following services:

• Internet Archive:
  IJTIHAD has deposited all its issues and articles in the Internet Archive, ensuring global access and preservation even in the event of system failures or institutional changes.

• Local Institutional Repository:
  In addition to Internet Archive storage, IJTIHAD retains backup copies within its editorial system and institutional digital repository for redundancy and internal preservation.
