Applying UPZ Service Quality (SQ) to Zakat Management: An Analysis of Muzakki Loyalty in Zakat Payment

Zakat merupakan wujud solidaritas terhadap sesama. Dengan mengeluarkan zakat maka akan memberikan manfaat baik bagi penerima maupun pemberi zakat. Lembaga zakat dalam memberikan pelayanan harus berpegang pada prinsip transparansi dan kepuasan semua pihak, sehingga akan tercipta loyalitas bagi pengguna layanan zakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan lembaga zakat yang baik sehingga dapat membangun loyalitas pengguna layanan zakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan zakat yang dilakukan UPZ Masjid Kota Pekalongan menggunakan landasan pengelolaan, yang dilakukan melalui beberapa upaya antara lain: a) Pelayanan prima, b) Pemanfaatan dana zakat, dan c) Administrasi yang rapi dan transparan dan pelaporan hasil penerimaan zakat. Hasil penelitian juga menjelaskan bahwa Service Quality membangun loyalitas muzaki dalam menentukan pilihan membayar zakat di masjid UPZ Kota Pekalongan. Selain itu, memberikan zakat merupakan bentuk ketaatan terhadap perintah Allah.Referensi
