Transactions of Islam, Science, and Society aims to publish peer-reviewed proceeding from conferences on the research, review, and opinions in multidisciplinary theories and practices concerning scientific activities and traditions in islamic society. By 'scientific activities', we mean muslim interraction with both religious sciences ('ulum al-din) or natural sciences ('ulum al-kawniyat).

All proceedings in this series are open access, the articles published in them are immediately and permanently free to read, download, copy and distribute. Each volume is published under the CC-BY 4.0 user license. The online publication of each proceedings is sponsored by the conference organizers and hence no additional publication fees are required.
