About the FICCOMSS

Proceedings of Femfest International Conference on Economics, Management, and Business is an international peer-reviewed proceedings published annually by the Faculty of Economics and Management, Universitas Darussalam Gontor. All papers in the proceedings have been presented at the international conference as part of the Faculty of Economics and Management Festival (FEMFEST) events conducted annually. The conference is conducted in collaboration with several universities from three continents such as Universiti Islam Selangor (Malaysia), Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, University of Palestine, University of Karabuk (Turkey), Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University (Turkey), Islamic University in Uganda and several universities in Indonesia.

Proceedings of Femfest International Conference on Economics, Management, and Business accepts article submissions in English and Arabic. Determination of articles published in these proceedings is through a peer-review process by the best partner by considering, among others: fulfillment of the standard requirements of journal publications, research methods used, significance, and contribution to the results of research on professional development and education in Economics, Management and Business.

Focus and Scope

Proceedings of Femfest International Conference on Economics, Management, and Business focuses on research related to economics, management, and business that are relevant to the development of the theory and practice of economics, management, and business especially in Islamic disciplines. Proceedings of Femfest International Conference on Economics, Management, and Business intends to highlight the practical implications of promoting better decision-making processes within an organization (private, public, and social) while accepting works in methodological and theoretical lines.
