Analisis Makna Serapan Bahasa Arab pada Kata Adil, Dewan, dan Mahkamah pada Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 50 Tahun 2009 Tentang Peradilan Agama

Abstract

Arabic is a language that contributes a lot of vocabulary to languages in the world and is one of the official languages in the United Nations. Indonesian itself does not necessarily come from Indonesia itself, but there are several absorptions obtained from foreign languages, one of which is Arabic. For example, Arabic vocabulary is absorbed by the social and political spheres which then form constitutional political concepts such as, the word law, judge, court, order, article, chapter, verse, fair manners, prosperous, people, wisdom, deliberation, council, dignity, consensus and so on, has enriched national concepts in Indonesia in the field of state administration. Based on this background, in this case the researcher focuses on the word fair, council and court in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 50 0f 2009 concerning Religious Courts. This research is a qualitative research so that the type of research includes descriptive qualitative research, the technique used in data collection is a literature study with listening and note-taking techniques. From the result of the study, it can be concluded that the words fair, council and court are absorption words from Arabic which have implications for the constitutional aspects of Indonesia, starting with the entry of Islam into the archipelago and then establishing a sultanate or kingdom with political systems. In this case, state administrative institution have existed and grew along with the development of Islamic power in Indonesia.
