One of the risk factors is lifestyle, particularly the consumption of ultra-processed foods (UPF), especially among adolescents. Data from Indonesia indicate that the intake of sugar, salt, and fat (SSF) remains high, at 47% for sugar, 30% for salt, and 37% for fat. Effective educational media are needed as a promotive effort to change adolescent behavior. <strong>Objective:</strong> This study </em><em>aims to analyze</em> <em>the effect of 2D animation video-based educational media on SSF in the prevention of NCDs. <strong>Methods:</strong> This study employed a quasi-experimental design with a pretest–posttest approach without a control group. </em><em>The study was conducted at MTs Swasta Mafatihul Huda, Cirebon Regency, in August 2025. </em><em>The</em><em> sample was selected using purposive sampling </em><em>techniques</em><em>, consisting of 30 adolescents aged 12–15 years. The research instrument was a validated questionnaire on GGL knowledge. The intervention consisted of a single 15-minute screening of a 2D animated video about GGL restrictions. Environmental factors and maternal health during pregnancy are key determinants of stunting among toddlers. <strong>Objective:</strong> To identify factors associated with the incidence of stunting among toddlers in Wara Timur District, Palopo City, in 2025. <strong>Method:</strong> This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The population included all toddlers experiencing stunting in the area, with a total sample of 42 respondents selected through total sampling. Research instruments included a questionnaire and anthropometric measurements. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test with a 95% confidence level. <strong>Results:</strong> The analysis showed a significant relationship between environmental sanitation (p = 0.015), indoor smoking behavior (p = 0.009), and a history of chronic energy deficiency (CED) during pregnancy (p = 0.004) with stunting among toddlers. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Poor environmental sanitation, smoking behavior, and maternal CED history are significantly associated with stunting. Overall in Yogyakarta, 87.8% of adolescents are at high risk of experiencing eating disorders, while overall in Indonesia, the prevalence is 37.3%. People who are unhappy with their body form will attempt to alter it in unhealthy or inappropriate ways in an attempt to achieve the perfect shape. <strong>Objective :</strong> This study was conducted to examine the connection between eating habits and body image among female students at Universitas 'Aisyiyah Yogyakarta's Faculty of Health Sciences. <strong>Method</strong>: This study used a cross-sectional strategy and an analytical observational design. Purposive sampling combined with non-probability sampling produced the sample. 120 female students from Universitas 'Aisyiyah Yogyakarta's Faculty of Health Science participated in the study. The AFHC questionnare was used to evaluate eating habits, and the MBSRQ-AS was used to examine body image. <strong>Resuls</strong> : The study's statistical analysis, logistic regression, produced a p-value of 0.418. <strong>Conclution : </strong> According to the study results, it was determined that among female students at Universitas 'Aisyiyah Yogyakarta's Faculty of Health Science, there was no correlation between eating habits and body image (p = 0.418; OR = 0.74). The <em>“Ruang Tumbuh”</em> <em>(Growth Space) </em><em>for My Healthy, Nourished Child</em> project is an initiative of the BUMN Foundation with its collaborating partners. It actively carries out various activities to support the revitalization of Integrated Health Posts (Posyandu), one of them is “Ibu Juara” (Mother Champion). This “Ibu Juara” activity focuses on increasing the nutritional knowledge of mothers in implementing balanced nutrition, the program was implemented for 3 (three) months at Posyandu Melati 3, RW 02, Gandaria Selatan. <strong><em>O</em></strong><strong><em>bjective</em></strong><strong>: </strong>This study aims to see any improvement in knowledge, attitude of under-5 year old’s mothers, as well as the nutiritonal status of children, after comprehensive nutrition education program. <strong><em>M</em></strong><strong><em>ethod</em></strong><strong>: </strong>This research uses a Pre-Experimental design. The population on the Posyandu is 40 childrens, however we only collect complete data of 24 mother for knowledge questionairre, 36 for children’s anthropometry. Data were analyzed with Wilcoxon test. <strong><em>R</em></strong><strong><em>esult</em></strong><strong><em>s</em></strong><strong>:</strong> The research results show that providing nutrition education has an impact on nutritional knowledge and attitude of mothers. However, these products are vulnerable to the misuse of non-food additives, such as formalin and borax which have can cause several health problems, particularly among school-aged children, who classified as vulnerable age group. </em><strong><em>Objective: </em></strong><em>The purpose of this study was to identify the presence of formalin and borax in frozen food product offered for sale around Muhammadiyah Elementary and Kindergarten schools in Yogyakarta. This study used a descriptive observational design, with a quantitative approach. A random sampling technique was utilized to select the tempura and sausage samples, which were obtained from a total of 10 district within the city of Yogyakarta. The samples were analyzed qualitatively using a test kit (Fast Test) to identify the formalin and borax content.<strong> </strong></em><strong>Results:</strong> <em>Among the 34 samples analyzed, 32 samples (94.12%) tested positive for formalin, whereas none were found to contain borax. The positive samples comprised 12 sausage products and 20 tempura products. These results indicate that the presence of formaldehyde remains prevalent in frozen snack food samples. </em><strong>Conclusion:</strong> <em>High level of detection rate of formalin indicates a potential food safety risk in school snacks.</em></p>2025-11-13T00:00:00+08:00Copyright (c) 2025 Authors
